Kansas City 3&2 works with families to try and match Players Looking for Teams with Teams Looking for Players but does not place players on rosters or assign players to teams. Teams are ultimately responsible to invite players to join their rosters. We encourage parents to contact coaches directly regarding potentially joining their team.
Players Looking for Teams should complete the Free Agent Player Registration process for their age group. This will place the player in a que for review by all of the league coaches and Kansas City 3&2 administrators. We encourage coaches to use this list when recruiting players to join their rosters.
Note: The Free Agent process is the same for 7/8u 9u 10u 11/12u and 13/14u Baseball and 8u 10u 12u and 14u Fastpitch Softball. T-Ball works on a player registration / team placement model. All T-Ball players register as individual players and will be placed on teams.
