Our season will come to end this week and I want to thank everybody for their support.  I know that it has been a tough year for everybody and the pandemic virus has put a strain on all of our lives.  As the season comes to its close, I think it is time to discuss the issue concerning refunds.  As you know, we are a non-profit organization and we receive no fiancnial support from the city, county, or state.  Our expenses generally outnumber our revenues.  Only because of our fundraising efforts have we been able to survive.  This year was particularly difficult because, based upon early projections of teams, we decided to spend $21,000 on fence work around our four diamonds in the main complex.  Unfortunately, the virus hit and we lost 50% of our teams.  As a result, our revenues were short particulrly in light of the capital improvements that we made.

As you may already know, we have announced the 2020 Step Up to the Plate Fundraiser Drive that will be held August 1st through August 16th 2020.

As a result of our financial situation, I ask for you help.  I ask that you consider donating your registartion fee to our fundraiser, Step Up to the Plate.  If you do not do this and want a refund, please let us know.  You can use the 2020 Covid-19 regund registartion link below to submit your selection.  This registration will close August 16, 2020.
